Join Exigent Services as Administrative Specialist III and be part of a dynamic team that supports the U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) Directorates in Fort Meade, MD with subject matter expertise in the areas of joint cyberspace operations planning, policy, strategy, and doctrine development, wargames and exercises, operations research, international and integration support, and cyber intelligence operations. 

The Administrative Specialist III will:
  • Provide end-user support and perform general administrative duties with minimal guidance  
  • Use Command internal systems to collect, analyze, and compile metrics for division and or branch reports  
  • Assist with the preparation of management plans and reports  
  • Assist with maintaining knowledge management files and websites for the organization  
  • Interface with personnel to maintain logs, records, and files  
  • Develop and maintain calendars and schedules  
  • Assist with coordinating, planning, and organizing meeting events, and support planning and execution of technical exchanges, conferences, and synchronization sessions, obtaining space and necessary materials and equipment  
  • Contribute to the review, development, and management of office administrative operating procedures  
  • Assist with the preparation and/or distribution of read-ahead materials and briefings for a wide-range of audiences at various military ranks and civilian levels  
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes  
  • Prepare, submit, and track expense reports  
  • Submit visit requests  
  • Track formal USCYBERCOM task items and report status  
  • Assist in budgetary, billing, and financial management of front office expenses incurred to support the organization (e.g., office supplies)  
  • Initiate action to provide end-user support and perform complex administrative duties  
  • Contribute to and conduct technical editing of reports and briefs  
  • Coordinate, plan, and organize significant and large events, to include obtaining space and necessary materials and equipment  
  • Coordinate the administrative specialist team 
For this position, you will have:
  • 10+ years of experience in office administration  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook  
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills  
  • Excellent communications skills 
  • HS diploma or GED 
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, upon application
