The AI Specialist will lead the development and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions to support suicide post-intervention efforts. This role combines data science, mental health expertise, and technology innovation to enhance monitoring, risk assessment, and personalized support for individuals recovering from suicidal crises.

- Master’s or in pursuit of a MS or MBA. in Computer Science, Data Science, Psychology, Public Health, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health.
- Familiarity with suicide prevention frameworks (e.g., Zero Suicide, Strategic Prevention Framework).
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages; experience with NLP libraries (e.g., spaCy, transformers).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI practices and data governance in healthcare.
- Experience with telehealth platforms and remote monitoring systems.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and culturally responsive approaches.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
