Join Exigent Services as Business Process Engineer III and be part of a dynamic team that supports the U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) Directorates in Fort Meade, MD with subject matter expertise in the areas of joint cyberspace operations planning, policy, strategy, and doctrine development, wargames and exercises, operations research, international and integration support, and cyber intelligence operations.
- Analyze the client's current operating environment and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate discussions with leadership and Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture (JCWA) stakeholders to help refine your client’s definition of success and identify frustrations.
- Design data collection plans, facilitate workshops, and communicate your research and illustrative analysis using root cause analysis and develop research posting models in order to communicate discrepancies across divisional departments to help establish understanding and agreement from key stakeholders.
- An Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, upon application.
- BA or BS degree.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Process Re-Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience with using process improvement methodologies.
- 2+ years of experience in writing content for plans, reports, regulations, and SOPs.
