Cyber Joint Exercise Planner SME

Exigent seeks an Exercise Planner to provide a broad understanding of organizing diverse groups to build a shared understanding of complex challenges and facilitate collective-solving, analysis, and implementation of new solutions, best practices, and industry expertise.

The Exercise Planner Will:
  • Apply advanced consulting skills and/or extensive technical expertise, full industry
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex
  • Work without considerable direction; mentors and may supervise team
  • Develop exercise plans and directives through the application of operational art and operational design, and by using the Joint Planning Process (JPP) through the Joint Exercise Life cycle (JELC).
  • Provide input to briefings, transition concepts to execution, and assist in the coordination of joint operational planning in support of training and
  • Provide input to address shortfalls, prioritize, and validate requirements, modifies planning efforts based on the changing Cyberspace
  • Monitor and review strategies, doctrine, policies, directives, and instructions related to education and training of Joint Cyberspace Operations from higher echelon headquarters and make recommendations to ensure compliance and consideration in planning efforts and directed wargames as
  • Contribute to data analysis to design relevant, accurate, and realistic exercise materials that result in improved organizational mission
  • Participate in the Joint Exercise Control Group (JECG) and Command response cells replicating staff processes and products of the Joint Staff and Combatant Command
You Will Have:
  • Experience writing speeches and talking points for senior military leaders
  • Experience working with and writing for Combatant and Major Command senior leaders
  • Experience drafting and editing executive summaries, information papers, and other papers on key topics to prepare senior leaders for senior DoD, interagency, and international meetings
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master\\\'s degree
Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and will be required to meet eligibility for polygraph. An Active DoD-issued TS/SCI clearance is required.
