Join Exigent Services as Cyber Training Facilitator III and be part of a dynamic team that supports the U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) Directorates in Fort Meade, MD with subject matter expertise in the areas of joint cyberspace operations planning, policy, strategy, and doctrine development, wargames and exercises, operations research, international and integration support, and cyber intelligence operations.
- Plan, develop, evaluate, and update training programs, course content and materials.
- Implement methodologies to improve the instructional design process.
- Develop training objectives and implement methodologies to assess student progress towards meeting the training objectives.
- Integrate course curriculums.
- Assist in preparing instructors and ensuring instructor familiarity with the course content and objectives for delivery in classroom settings; maintain same familiarity and assists in delivery of course content.
- Customize course content for senior military and civilian leaders.
- Possess strong writing, briefing, and teaching skills.
- Possess the ability and experience of briefing and delivering training to senior military and civilian leaders.
- BA or BS degree.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, upon application.
- 10+ years of training experience.
- 4+ years in a cyberspace environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communications skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
