Exigent Services, LLC provides all-source intelligence support to USCYBERCOM’s Cyber Operations Assessment Integration and Strategic Element (COAISE) to inform Joint cyberspace operations exercise development and USCYBERCOM strategic and operational planning. We coordinate with USCYBERCOM and Department of Defense (DoD) Intelligence Community (IC) Components to maintain up-to-date situational awareness of threat intelligence regarding current and emerging cyberspace threat actors. Conduct research using classified and unclassified data sources to locate, review, and summarize available intelligence on global cyberspace operations and cyberspace threats. Exigent Services Identifies and assesses emerging threats and threat actor capabilities and operations, activities, and investments (OAIs). We develop timely threat assessments to inform the analysis, development, testing, and refinement of cyberspace operations capability requirements, planning requirements, material, DOTmLPF-P solutions, Courses of Action (COAs), and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs). Exigent Services contributes to threat-informed intelligence input to scenario and operating environment development for USCYBERCOM Joint operational and tactical level exercises, wargames, and analytic events.
- 5+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis and reporting Experience evaluating and compiling collected intelligence reporting
- Experience producing analytic assessments, studies, reports, and briefing materials
- Experience interacting with and providing briefs to senior leaders
- Experience supporting multi-disciplinary analytic teams, working groups, and events
- Experience working on a Service or Combatant Command staff
- Familiarity with intelligence policy and processes, JIPOE, and IC components
- Familiarity with cyberspace operations and the cyberspace domain
- TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree
- Possession of basic computer skills, including using the Microsoft Office tool suite
- Possession of excellent analytic and critical thinking skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with groups
- Master’s degree in a related field Clearance:
