Force Design/Wargame Intelligence Analyst

Join Exigent Services as a Cyberspace Exercise Planner and be part of a dynamic team that supports the U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) Directorates in Fort Meade, MD. We provide subject matter expertise in the areas of joint cyberspace operations planning, policy, strategy, and doctrine development, wargames and exercises, operations research, international and integration support, and cyber intelligence operations.

The Force Design/Wargame Intelligence Analyst plays a critical role in evaluating current and future force structures, capabilities, and operational concepts through analysis and wargaming.

The Wargame Intelligence Analyst Will:
  • The analyst conducts research, gathers intelligence, and provides subject matter expertise to support wargame scenarios, red teaming, capability assessments, and force design initiatives. Intelligence Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on current and emerging military capabilities, technologies, tactics, and operational environments.
  • Gather and synthesize intelligence from various sources, including classified materials, to inform wargame scenarios and force design decisions. Wargame Development and Execution:
  • Contribute to the design and development of realistic and challenging wargame scenarios that test force structures, capabilities, and operational concepts.
  • Participate in wargame execution, providing subject matter expertise and intelligence support to ensure the validity and credibility of the scenarios. Red Teaming and Adversary Simulation:
  • Develop and portray realistic adversary forces, capabilities, and tactics to challenge and stress friendly forces during wargames and exercises.
  • Conduct red team analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and risks in current or proposed force structures and operational concepts. Capability Assessment and Force Design:
  • Analyze and assess the effectiveness of current and proposed force structures, capabilities, and operational concepts against a range of potential threats and scenarios.
  • Provide recommendations and insights to inform force design decisions, capability development, and future investment priorities. Collaboration and Briefing:
  •  Collaborate with subject matter experts, military planners, and decision-makers to ensure the integration of intelligence analysis into wargames and force design initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver clear and concise briefings, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
The Wargame Intelligence Analyst Possess:
  • An Active DoD-Issued TS/SCI Clearance; with the ability to pass a Polygraph.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as intelligence studies, military science, international relations, or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in intelligence analysis, military operations, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of military capabilities, tactics, and operational environments and Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information from multiple sources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and analytical tools.

  •  Red Team Certification
  •  Threat Modeling and Analysis Certification

  •  Professional Certifications (e.g., PMP, DAWIA Certifications)
