The Opportunity:

 As an International Partnership Support SME, you’ll bring your expertise to work on projects for USCYBERCOM. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our customers, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and implement solutions for our client.  

 The International Partnership Support SME will guide the work we do for this unique mission area and the solutions we deliver for our Nation's cyberspace mission. 

The International Partnership Support SME will have:
  •  An Active DoD Issued TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.  

 

  • 5 years of experience with developing International Partnerships.  

 

  • Experience with serving as an action officer for a specified region of responsibility, maintaining awareness of issues related to cyberspace security, strategy, policy, doctrine, plans, force development, and capabilities, providing reports in writing for significant developments to office and Command leadership, and sharing with DoD and interagency colleagues, when directed.  

 

  • Experience with drafting decision memos, briefing papers, and other papers on these topics in preparation for interagency and international meetings and briefing senior leaders.  

 

  • Experience with supporting partner development activities by organizing and participating in engagement activities that further DoD goals and objectives for international partners, as directed.  

 

  • Experience with researching policy changes to further DoD international engagements.  

 

  • Experience with coordinating and making recommendations to government leadership on international partnerships process changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness on new product and service offerings to enhance support for the Command’s international partnerships.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
