Military Service Program Analyst

Join Exigent Services as a Military Service Program Analyst and support the Defense Suicide Prevention Office (DSPO) through Service-specific postvention coordination, installation response support, PRS compliance follow-up, Embassy/USDAO and JMAS coordination, and engagement with OSD and Military Service stakeholders.

The Military Service Program Analyst will:
  • Coordinate Service-specific postvention response plans, resources, and implementation support across Military Service stakeholders
  • Support installation response coordination following postvention incidents, ensuring timely communication, follow-up, and resource alignment
  • Conduct PRS compliance follow-up, track response actions, and support documentation of Service-level compliance status
  • Coordinate with Embassy, USDAO, and JMAS points of contact to support overseas postvention response requirements
  • Engage OSD and Military Service stakeholders to gather inputs, resolve coordination issues, and support Service-informed recommendations
  • Prepare clear summaries, action trackers, and recommendations that support DSPO decision-making and Service-level program oversight
For this position, you will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in public administration, military studies, behavioral health, public health, social science, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of experience, including military, DoD, or Service-level program experience
  • Experience coordinating with Military Services, OSD stakeholders, installation leadership, or related Federal partners
  • Knowledge of postvention response planning, Service-specific resource coordination, and compliance follow-up activities
  • Strong written communication, stakeholder coordination, data tracking, and action-management skills
Additional Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Ability to support PWS areas 4.2, 4.3, 4.7, and 4.8, including Service postvention resources, PRS compliance, Embassy/USDAO support, and JMAS point-of-contact coordination
  • Ability to coordinate Service liaison coverage in a full-time capacity and maintain timely communication across Service, OSD, installation, and overseas stakeholders
  • Experience developing Service-informed recommendations, meeting summaries, action items, and compliance follow-up materials
  • Familiarity with military organizational structures, Service-level coordination processes, and sensitive information-handling expectations
  • Must follow contract security, confidentiality, records-management, NDA, and Government information-handling requirements
  • T3/position-of-trust eligibility applies if access duties are assigned
