Join Exigent Services and be part of a dynamic team that supports the Defense Suicide Prevention Office (DSPO) directorates with subject matter expertise in collaborating with military and civilian stakeholders to research and implement new suicide prevention initiatives, analyze trends and patterns in suicide prevention data, develop and evaluate evidence-based prevention programs, and contribute to policy development and program improvement efforts within the Department of Defense (DoD).
• Manage projects from planning through delivery.
• Liaise between project stakeholders and members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, and meeting plans are communicated. Utilizes Microsoft project management tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
• Create, assign, and ensure completion of project tasks.
• Communicate schedules and changes to all stakeholders.
• Plan and facilitate project meetings; align project team methods and goals and track project tasks.
• Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.
• Monitor project team task completion status to Identify at-risk project tasks and develop mitigation plans.
• Allocate resources, budgets, and hours to the project and adjust allocations when necessary.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Services and 5 to 7 years of Military or DoD civilian experience in a relevant field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience managing Defense projects through delivery.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and online project management software.
