Key Role:
  • Support the development of analytically defensible wargames, tabletop exercises (TTX), and seminar events for Department of Defense clients. 
  • Work as a team to ensure that wargame adjudication methodologies are sufficiently flexible to allow dynamic player action while accurately representing real-world military capabilities.  
  • Conduct research and analysis into warfighting and national security topics in support of analytic models and wargames. 
  • Ensure accurate representation of real-world military concepts of operations and doctrinal practices. 
  • Provide insight into game design problem sets and independently design discrete game systems which facilitate accurate game adjudication. 
Basic Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience as a wargame designer 
  • Experience with DoD or interagency partners 
  • Ability to plan, conduct, and analyze research to inform wargames 
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam 
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field 
Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience with providing wargame design support for cyberspace wargames, TTX, and seminars
