- Support the development of analytically defensible wargames, tabletop exercises (TTX), and seminar events for Department of Defense clients.
- Work as a team to ensure that wargame adjudication methodologies are sufficiently flexible to allow dynamic player action while accurately representing real-world military capabilities.
- Conduct research and analysis into warfighting and national security topics in support of analytic models and wargames.
- Ensure accurate representation of real-world military concepts of operations and doctrinal practices.
- Provide insight into game design problem sets and independently design discrete game systems which facilitate accurate game adjudication.
- 10+ years of experience as a wargame designer
- Experience with DoD or interagency partners
- Ability to plan, conduct, and analyze research to inform wargames
- Active TS/SCI Clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field
- Experience with providing wargame design support for cyberspace wargames, TTX, and seminars
