Join Exigent Services as Technical Writer III and be part of a dynamic team that supports the U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) Directorates in Fort Meade, MD with subject matter expertise in the areas of joint cyberspace operations planning, policy, strategy, and doctrine development, wargames and exercises, operations research, international and integration support, and cyber intelligence operations.
- Assist in collecting and organizing information required for preparation of documents, training materials, guides, proposals, and reports.
- Provide technical edits to engineering documentation, software documentation, manuals, reports, or any other documents or presentations.
- Use strong writing, editing, and communication skills to analyze and present complex information in a format that is easy to read and understand.
- Has a thorough understanding of the scientific and technical subject matter, documentation content, and requirements.
- Recommend and develop diagrams, charts, and graphs that increase the user’s understanding.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, upon application.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in English, Business, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience as a Technical Writer.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communications skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent writing skills.
Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in English, Business, or related discipline.
