Web Knowledge Manager

As a Web Knowledge Manager with Exigent Services, LLC, you'll be part of a talented team that will support our Public Affairs, and Strategic Communication customer by developing and implementing communication strategies, processes, and products, with ongoing program evaluation and research to expand the implementation of practices.

You will:
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality web content, including articles, blog posts, product descriptions, FAQs, etc.
  • Establish and maintain organizational databases to capture, store, and disseminate information effectively for human and machine analysis, ensuring compatibility with Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Manage and update the Army Public Affairs Portal and associated websites, ensuring content accuracy, accessibility, and usability. Provide daily maintenance for presentations, links, and critical updates.
  • Monitor usage and provide statistical feedback on the portal, delivering quarterly or as-needed updates.
  • Maintain a database of trending topics across DoD-owned platforms and General Officers' outreach participation.
  • Provide technical administration and functional support to SharePoint users, addressing accessibility issues and recommending updates to enhance system usability.
You will have:
  • United States Citizenship; sponsorship is not available.
    A Bachelor’s degree in Communication or a related field.
  • 5 years demonstrated strategic/tactical/media communication level experience within the last 10 years.
  • Experience supporting the Army or Military operations.
    Fluency in the English language and ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language.
  • Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint.
  • The ability to conduct research and analysis work on an Advanced level is required.
  • Must be proficient in manipulating a variety of the top industry platforms with sophisticated Boolean searches.
