Support Defense Suicide Prevention Office in establishing a framework for the Department’s portfolio of program for suicide prevention to best support the management of resources, analyzing cost, and supporting reporting requirements for executive decisions, DoD guidance, and congressional inquiries.

The Program Analyst will:
• Conduct a comprehensive program requirements formulation and analysis, to include business
analyses of process, impact, and risk.
• Provide analytical services to perform professional support services, along with studies and analyses that directly impact core mission areas of the client.
• Has a keen understanding of the following:
a. programmatic requirement for the development of new programs,
b. cost drivers and their validation,
c. cost-estimating relationships,
d. work breakdown schedules (WBS), and
e. parametric techniques associated with programming.
The Program Analyst will have:
• 8+ years of experience in DoD or Service program / requirement formulation in PBBE / POM an
absolute necessity.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics, engineering, Operations Research, or economics a must."
• A Public Trust or higher Clearance.
